**Job Summary:**

We are seeking a highly skilled Occupational Therapist to join our team at FunctionAbility Rehabilitation Services. As an Occupational Therapist, you will play a crucial role in providing expert assessment and treatment services to individuals suffering from various neurological, orthopedic disorders, mental health, and injuries.

**Responsibilities:**

In this role, you will assess and treat individuals with diverse needs, assisting them in establishing and meeting meaningful goals within their home and community settings. You will create and implement individualized treatment plans based on thorough analysis and clinical reasoning. Additionally, you will collaborate with various community partners and rehabilitation professionals to facilitate client goals and independence.

**Requirements:**

To be successful in this position, you must have:

  • A University Degree in Occupational Therapy;
  • A valid Driver's License and access to a vehicle;
  • Registration with COTO or provisionally licensed status;
  • A strong commitment to delivering high-quality, patient-centered care;
  • The ability to maintain professional and technical knowledge through ongoing training and networking.
