Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Terminal Supervisor to join our team at 9341-3631 Québec inc. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our terminal, ensuring the safe and efficient movement of goods.

Key Responsibilities
  • Prepare and analyze production reports to identify areas for improvement
  • Recommend measures to enhance work methods and productivity
  • Resolve work-related problems and provide technical guidance to team members
  • Supervise a team of 5-10 delivery drivers and coordinate their activities
  • Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and maintain a safe work environment
  • Coordinate and schedule activities to meet business objectives
Requirements
  • Valid driver's license and own vehicle
  • Criminal record check
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
  • Previous experience in a similar field of employment
Work Environment

The successful candidate will work outdoors and be required to travel to various locations. The work schedule will be 32-40 hours per week, with the possibility of shift or on-call work.

Language

The primary language of work is French, and the successful candidate must be fluent in French.
