Job Description:

We are seeking a highly skilled Automotive Service Consultant to join our team at Campbell's Auto Service. As an integral part of our operations, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, addressing customer concerns, and ensuring seamless communication throughout the service process.

Responsibilities:
  • Address customer complaints or concerns in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Answer inquiries and provide information to customers regarding services offered.
  • Arrange for billing and refunds as necessary.
  • Explain the type and cost of services offered to customers.
  • Maintain accurate records and statistics related to customer interactions.
  • Perform general office duties, including receiving and logging complaints, receiving credit and employment applications, and processing payments.
Requirements:
  • Demonstrated ability to work in a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Familiarity with database software, Microsoft Office Suite, and SAP (FI/CO / HR / MM / OT SD).
  • Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
