Key Responsibilities:
  • Participate in design activities for R&T projects from concept to entry into service.
  • Contribute as a technical expert in structure design (metallic & composite) and/or system installation design.
  • Define and manage major systems or structural interfaces.
  • Prepare and assess feasibility of technical trade studies.
  • Coordinate problem-solving activities and provide technical solutions.
  • Prepare and review the required engineering documentation.
  • Collaborate with experts to recommend the best structural concept selection.
  • Develop risk management matrices and mitigation plans.
  • Define strategies for achieving project goals.
  • Liaise with suppliers and internal stakeholders.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in mechanical/aerospace engineering.
  • More than 15 years of experience in aerospace with relevant experience in structural design, systems installation design, or integration.
  • Hands-on experience on major structures development on a minimum of two new aircraft development programs.
  • Proficiency in CATIA V5 or NX.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication skills.
