About the Role

Bombardier is a leading manufacturer of aircraft for the world's most discerning people and businesses, governments, and militaries. We're seeking a talented Aerospace Engineer to join our team in the Cabin Interior department.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Research and design new technical concepts and emerging technologies.
  2. Validate these concepts in our Innovation laboratory with actual mockups.
  3. Organize and attend design reviews considering industry regulations, Bombardier Aerospace Design Practices, and requirements.
  4. Complete preliminary reviews of datasets (SVCD, PCD, Instl, ICD).
  5. Participate in Change Management Process (PCR/RFC/RFQ) and incorporate changes into deliverables.
  6. Validate aircraft configuration (STV/CCS/CCS/RAL) to ensure customer specifications are respected.
  7. Define technical specifications and mechanical/electrical interfaces.
Requirements
  • University degree in mechanical or aerospace engineering or equivalent.
  • At least 5 years of pertinent experience.
  • Experience working with Enovia / Enovia PLM and Catia V5.
  • Ability to understand complex engineering issues and innovative problem-solving skills.
  • Well-organized and project-oriented.
  • Self-motivated team player able to work under pressure.
  • Good communication skills, including English writing and verbal skills.
  • Bilingualism (French and English) is an asset.
