Job Title: Welding Machine Operator

Trailers Empire Inc. is seeking a skilled Welding Machine Operator to join our team.

Job Summary:

We are looking for a highly motivated and detail-oriented individual to operate welding machines to fabricate or repair metal parts and products. The successful candidate will be responsible for maintaining and performing minor repairs on welding, brazing, and soldering equipment.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Operate previously set-up welding machines to fabricate or repair metal parts and products
  • Start up, shut down, adjust, and monitor robotic welding production line
  • Maintain and perform minor repairs on welding, brazing, and soldering equipment
  • Operate machines and equipment
  • Install machinery and equipment
  • Plan repair work to be performed
Requirements:
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
  • 1 to less than 7 months of experience or equivalent experience
  • Ability to work in a dusty, hot, noisy, and dirty environment
  • Manual dexterity and attention to detail
  • Ability to handle heavy loads and work in a fast-paced environment
Work Environment:

The successful candidate will work in a repair shop environment with a focus on truck-trailer repair.
