We are seeking a highly organized and skilled Logistics Operations Manager to join our team at Summit Life Vacations Inc.

Job Description

The Logistics Operations Manager will oversee the operational logistics of our shipping company, ensuring smooth operation of computer equipment and machinery. This role involves developing specific plans to prioritize tasks, organizing work to accomplish objectives, and preparing and submitting reports.

You will be responsible for recruiting and hiring staff, training workers in duties and policies, arranging training for staff, conducting performance reviews, co-ordinating, assigning and reviewing work, and organizing and maintaining inventory.

Required Skills and Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you will need excellent oral and written communication skills, accurate and efficient interpersonal skills, initiative, and reliability. You must also have experience working in a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines and attention to detail.

This role requires strong technical skills, including proficiency in MS Excel, MS Outlook, MS PowerPoint, MS Word, and MS Windows. Additionally, you should have excellent problem-solving skills, the ability to think critically, and make informed decisions.
