Job Title: Corporate Flight Operations Manager

The ideal candidate will possess a deep understanding of Transport Canada Civil Aviation Regulations and have experience working with private operators or commercial air operators.

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Flight Department Manager to oversee our flight operations in Campbell River, BC.

This is an exciting opportunity for a seasoned professional to take on a leadership role in a dynamic and growing corporate flight department.

About the Job
  • A comprehensive compensation package that includes a competitive salary, ranging from $120,000 to $180,000 per annum, based on experience.

Key Responsibilities:
  • To manage and coordinate all aspects of flight operations, including scheduling, aircraft maintenance, and crew training.
  • To ensure compliance with Transport Canada Civil Aviation Regulations and other relevant regulations.
  • To develop and implement operational procedures and policies to enhance safety and efficiency.
Requirements:
  • A minimum of 3 years' experience in a similar role, preferably with a private operator or commercial air operator.
  • A valid Transport Canada Airline Transport Pilot Licence (ATPL) would be an asset.
  • Eligibility to work in Canada without sponsorship.
