This role is part of a growing team that supports supply chain operations and customer service requirements. The ideal candidate will have a proactive customer service-based approach to building relationships with clients and will be a hands-on self-starter who contributes to the organization's growth. Key responsibilities include ensuring daily accuracy of inventory records, building and maintaining relationships with warehouse and logistics partners, participating in initiatives to enhance the global supply chain and trade efforts, and reviewing and interpreting management reports derived from WMS and TMS data. A minimum of 3 years of experience in supply chain or logistics within Canada is required, as well as strong warehousing or food distribution experience and proficiency in MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint applications.
