Overview

We are seeking a detail-oriented Retail Sales Associate to support our Store Management Team in the setup, merchandising, and teardown of our seasonal store. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining Guest Services as per Company Standards.

Job Description

The successful candidate will support the Store Management Team by generating sales, sign waving, general housekeeping, merchandising, signing, pricing, POS operations, and loss prevention. This role requires excellent communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.

Requirements

To be considered for this role, candidates must have a minimum age requirement of 16 and be physically able to perform tasks such as climbing ladders, setting up fixtures, lifting/moving up to 50 pounds, and standing/walking for 8 hours.

Compensation

The estimated salary for this role is $12-$15 per hour, based on industry standards and location. Please note that this information is provided for illustrative purposes only and may vary depending on individual circumstances.

Additional Information

This position is an independent contractor with Spencer Gifts - Spirit Halloween, and the consignment operator shall be solely responsible for employment benefits and wages. Candidates must be willing to follow the employment and operating policies and procedures established by the consignment operator.
