Job Title: Tooling Inspector Supervisor

Quest-Tech Inc is seeking a highly skilled Tooling Inspector Supervisor to join our team. As a key member of our production team, you will be responsible for ensuring the highest quality standards are met in our tooling and inspection processes.

Responsibilities:
  • Lead and manage a team of tooling inspectors to ensure efficient and effective inspection processes.
  • Develop and implement quality control procedures to ensure compliance with industry standards.
  • Collaborate with production teams to identify and resolve quality issues.
  • Conduct regular audits to ensure adherence to quality control procedures.
  • Provide training and guidance to tooling inspectors to enhance their skills and knowledge.
Requirements:
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • 5 years or more of experience in a related field.
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills.
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Work Environment:

This is a permanent position with a 40-hour workweek. The work environment is fast-paced and dynamic, with a focus on quality and customer satisfaction.
