Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Tooling Inspector Supervisor to join our team at Quest-Tech Inc. As a key member of our production team, you will be responsible for ensuring the quality and efficiency of our tooling operations.

Key Responsibilities
  • Oversee the preparation of production and other reports to ensure accuracy and timeliness.
  • Recruit and hire workers and carry out related staffing actions to maintain a skilled and motivated team.
  • Coordinate and schedule activities to optimize production workflows and meet deadlines.
  • Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations to maintain a safe working environment.
  • Requisition or order materials, equipment, and supplies to support tooling operations.
  • Operate computer numerical control (CNC) machines to produce high-quality tooling components.
Requirements
  • 5 years or more of experience in a similar role.
  • Strong leadership and communication skills to motivate and guide team members.
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines in a fast-paced production environment.
