  • Group Arrivals and Departures: Process group arrivals and departures, ensuring all necessary arrangements are made.
  • Hotel Information: Provide guests with information on hotel facilities and services, including dining options and local attractions.
  • Departure Processing: Process guests' departures, calculate charges, and receive payments in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Communication: Answer telephone calls and relay messages to guests and staff, ensuring seamless communication.
  • Special Needs: Assist guests with special needs, providing personalized support and care.
  • Customer Service: Provide exceptional customer service, responding to guest inquiries and resolving any issues that may arise.
  • Work Environment: Work in a fast-paced environment, maintaining a high level of productivity and efficiency.
Requirements
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a related field.
  • Language: English language proficiency.
  • Work Hours: 40 hours per week.
