Plumbing Installation Specialist

We are seeking an experienced and skilled plumber to join our team at All Around Plumbing Heating & Gas Ltd.
About the Role:The ideal candidate will have a strong background in plumbing installations, with a focus on ensuring high-quality workmanship and attention to detail. The successful applicant will be responsible for reading blueprints, determining layout requirements, and executing installations to meet client expectations.
The role involves working independently, with minimal supervision, and maintaining a clean and organized workspace. We offer a competitive salary of $$55,000 per year, commensurate with experience, plus benefits and opportunities for professional growth.
Key Responsibilities:- Read and interpret blueprints, specifications, and technical drawings to determine installation requirements
- Determine piping system requirements and pipe sizing to ensure efficient and safe operation
- Locate and mark positions for pipe connections, passage holes, and fixtures in walls and floors
- Cut opening in walls and floors to accommodate pipes and fittings
- Join pipes using couplings, clamps, screws, bolts, cement, or soldering, brazing, and welding equipment
- Test pipes for leaks using air and water pressure gauges
- High school diploma or equivalent required; post-secondary education in a related field is an asset
- Minimum 1 year of experience in plumbing installations; experience with commercial or industrial settings is preferred
- Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work independently
- Physical stamina to perform manual labor and lift heavy materials
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship
- A competitive salary range of $45,000 - $65,000 per year, depending on experience
