About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Cannabis Sales Associate to join our team at SAGE CANNABIS. As a key member of our retail team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, promoting our products, and maintaining a positive and engaging store environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Operate cash register and process sales transactions
  • Provide advice and recommendations to customers on our products
  • Maintain a clean and organized store environment
  • Assist with inventory management and restocking
  • Participate in visual merchandising and display of products
  • Provide excellent customer service and respond to customer inquiries
  • Work collaboratively with colleagues to achieve sales goals and objectives
Requirements
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate or equivalent experience
  • Availability to work a variety of shifts, including evenings and weekends
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet sales targets
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information
