About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Cannabis Sales Associate to join our team at SAGE CANNABIS. As a key member of our retail team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, maintaining a high level of product knowledge, and contributing to a positive and inclusive store environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Customer Service: Greet customers, discuss product options, and provide recommendations to ensure a positive shopping experience.
  • Product Knowledge: Stay up-to-date on product offerings, including strains, edibles, and accessories, to effectively answer customer questions and make informed recommendations.
  • Store Operations: Maintain a clean and organized store environment, including merchandise displays and inventory levels.
  • Sales and Transactions: Process sales transactions, handle cash and credit transactions, and maintain accurate sales records.
  • Team Collaboration: Work collaboratively with colleagues to achieve sales goals, provide support during peak periods, and contribute to a positive team dynamic.
Requirements
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate or equivalent.
  • Experience: Previous retail or customer service experience is an asset.
  • Availability: Availability to work a variety of shifts, including evenings and weekends.
  • Language: English language proficiency.
