Job Summary:

Chintz & Company is seeking a highly skilled and creative Floral Designer to join our team. As a key member of our retail shop front, you will be responsible for creating stunning floral arrangements and designs that exceed our customers' expectations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design and create high-end floral arrangements and displays using a variety of flowers, foliage, and other materials.
  • Develop and maintain a thorough knowledge of floral design principles, trends, and techniques.
  • Work collaboratively with our sales team to understand customer preferences and create custom designs that meet their needs.
  • Maintain a clean and organized workspace, adhering to company standards and safety protocols.
  • Participate in ongoing training and education to stay up-to-date on the latest floral design trends and techniques.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 2 years of experience in floral design or a related field.
  • Proven track record of creating high-quality floral arrangements and designs.
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
  • Physical ability to lift and move heavy objects (up to 50 pounds).
