Job Summary:

Chintz & Company is seeking a highly skilled and creative Floral Designer to join our team. As a key member of our retail shop front, you will be responsible for creating stunning floral arrangements and designs that exceed our customers' expectations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design and create high-end floral arrangements and displays for our shop front and special events.
  • Source and procure high-quality flowers, foliage, and materials to ensure exceptional product quality.
  • Develop and maintain a thorough knowledge of floral design trends, techniques, and best practices.
  • Collaborate with our sales team to provide exceptional customer service and ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Contribute to the development and implementation of new floral design concepts and ideas.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 2 years of experience in floral design retail.
  • Proven track record of creating high-end floral arrangements and designs.
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Physical ability to lift and move heavy objects (up to 50 lbs).
