About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Floor Installation Specialist to join our team at Quetzali Flooring. As a key member of our installation team, you will be responsible for ensuring that our clients receive high-quality flooring installations that meet their expectations.

Key Responsibilities
  • Inspect and Measure Surfaces: Inspect surfaces to be covered and measure them accurately to ensure a precise fit.
  • Prepare and Install Flooring: Prepare and install various types of flooring, including carpeting, resilient floor coverings, and hardwood floors.
  • Remove Existing Floor Coverings: Remove existing floor coverings and contaminants to prepare surfaces for new installations.
  • Inspect and Repair Damaged Flooring: Inspect and repair damaged flooring to ensure a smooth and even finish.
Requirements
  • Education: No degree, certificate, or diploma is required for this role.
  • Work Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a related field is preferred.
  • Work Setting: Various locations, including residential and commercial settings.
  • Physical Demands: This role requires physical stamina and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Personal Suitability: Organized and team-oriented individuals are preferred for this role.
