Work Setting: Our team works in various locations, including residential and commercial settings. As a Floor Installation Specialist, you will be responsible for installing flooring materials in these settings.

Key Tasks:

  • Inspect and measure surfaces to be covered
  • Measure, cut, and fasten underlay and underpadding
  • Measure, cut, and install carpeting on floors
  • Measure, cut, and install resilient floor coverings
  • Prepare and install hardwood floors
  • Inspect and repair damaged floor coverings
  • Remove existing floor coverings and contaminants

Work Conditions and Physical Capabilities: This role requires a high level of physical fitness, as you will be working in a physically demanding environment. You will be required to bend, crouch, and kneel regularly.
