Estimating Manager

We are seeking an experienced Estimating Manager to join our team at TEEMA, a leading infrastructure development company. If you have a strong background in major infrastructure project estimation and leadership, this role could be an excellent opportunity for you.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead a team of estimators, overseeing bids and proposals.
  • Manage project estimates for labor, material, and subcontractor costs.
  • Chair team meetings and review design options to recommend cost-effective solutions.
  • Guide risk assessment processes and manage risk registers.
  • Ensure smooth handoff of estimating documents to project execution teams.
  • Maintain strong relationships with clients, consultants, and subcontractors.

Requirements:

  • 10+ years of experience in major project estimating, with at least 5 years in a leadership role.
  • Proven expertise in large infrastructure projects ($100M+) for a heavy civil contractor, including bid management.
  • Strong understanding of construction drawings, project controls, and contract terms.
  • Proficiency in MS Excel/Word, P6, Hard Dollar, or similar estimating software.
  • Excellent people management and mentorship skills.
