We are seeking a highly skilled and creative Executive Pastry Artisan to join our team at beBee Professionals in Courtenay.

As an Executive Pastry Artisan, you will play a crucial role in preparing high-quality baked goods, including bread, pastries, and desserts. You will be responsible for:

  • Developing and implementing new recipes and menu items;
  • Creating visually appealing presentations for our baked goods;
  • Maintaining a clean and organized kitchen workspace to ensure optimal efficiency;
  • Monitoring inventory and ordering baking supplies as needed;

The ideal candidate will have previous experience as a baker or in a similar culinary role and possess knowledge of baking techniques and food safety regulations. They will also have attention to detail and creativity in food presentation.
