Main Job Functions:
  • Work collaboratively with multidisciplinary teams to develop and implement comprehensive treatment plans.
  • Establish and maintain effective relationships with clients, families, and community partners.
  • Design and lead therapeutic interventions, workshops, and activities tailored to client needs and preferences.
  • Assess client progress, revising treatment plans as needed to ensure optimal outcomes.
  • Participate in supervisory meetings, team meetings, and training sessions to stay up-to-date with best practices and policies.

What We're Looking For: Ideal candidates will possess:
  • A degree or diploma in Social Sciences, Child and Youth Care, Addictions and Mental Health, Peer Support, Social Work, Nursing, or a related field.
  • At least two years of experience working with vulnerable populations.
  • Valid CPR and First Aid Certification.
  • Reliable transportation and a Class 5 driver's license.
