About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Software Quality Assurance Specialist to join our team at PQA Testing. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for ensuring the highest quality of our software testing services.

Responsibilities

  • Design and execute risk-based and context-driven manual software testing
  • Collaborate with project stakeholders to discuss defects and prioritize testing activities
  • Extract testing requirements from functional and business requirements and transform them into test cases
  • Develop and maintain detailed test plans, test cases, and test status reports

Requirements

  • Computer Science degree or equivalent work experience
  • 5+ years of experience in software quality assurance, including experience in test case design, test execution, and test reporting
  • Experience with test management tools such as ALM/QC, JIRA, and gTest
  • ISTQB certification or similar testing certification considered an asset
