PepsiCo is seeking a talented Enterprise Solutions Assoc Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our payroll team, you will provide expert-level support for our SAP HCM payroll system.
We require an individual with extensive experience in functional IT SAP HCM payroll, including project implementation and production support. The ideal candidate should have a proven track record of delivering results in Canadian gross to net payroll, tax, tax reporting, legal changes, financial posting, third-party remittance, benefits, and garnishment.
The successful candidate will work collaboratively with our IT, business, and vendor teams to ensure smooth operations and SLA compliance. They will be responsible for resolving complex issues related to SAP payroll using IMG and SAP best practices, reviewing FD/FMD/TD/Configuration rationale, and engaging with stakeholders as needed.
Key Qualifications- 12-15 years of SAP HCM Payroll support/projects experience
- Fluency in spoken and written English
- Ability to lead a team and projects
- Collaboration and problem-solving skills
