Job Description

The successful candidate will have extensive experience in payroll operations, including implementation, support, and maintenance of SAP HCM systems. This role requires strong analytical and problem-solving skills, as well as excellent communication and collaboration abilities.

Responsibilities

  1. Develop and implement payroll processes and procedures to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
  2. Analyze and resolve complex payroll issues, utilizing strong technical skills and business acumen.
  3. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and maintain payroll policies and procedures.
  4. Provide training and support to employees on payroll-related topics.

Requirements

  • Minimum 12-15 years of experience in SAP HCM payroll support and projects.
  • Fluency in spoken and written English language.
  • Ability to lead a team and projects.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
