Job Summary

TREHAN TAX LTD is seeking a highly skilled and experienced General Manager to lead our business services division. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for allocating resources, establishing objectives, and formulating policies to drive business growth.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement organizational policies and programs to achieve business objectives
  • Authorize and establish major departments and senior staff positions to drive business growth
  • Represent the organization in negotiations and official functions, ensuring effective communication and collaboration
  • Select and develop middle managers, directors, and executive staff to drive business success
  • Establish financial and administrative controls to ensure efficient operations
Requirements
  • MS Office, MS Outlook, and MS Word proficiency
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills
  • Strong interpersonal and leadership skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with attention to detail
