We are a leading provider of woodcraft services, seeking an experienced Woodcraft Specialist to join our team.

Job Description

As a Woodcraft Specialist, you will be responsible for creating and installing various wooden structures, including furniture, cabinets, and other custom items. Your work will require attention to detail, excellent craftsmanship, and the ability to work independently or as part of a team.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Design and build custom wooden structures, such as cabinets, shelving units, and furniture
  • Select and purchase materials, tools, and equipment necessary for projects
  • Estimate costs and materials required for each project
  • Measure, cut, shape, assemble, and join materials made of wood, wood substitutes, lightweight steel, and other materials
  • Fit and install windows, doors, stairs, mouldings, and hardware
  • Survey building locations and levels
  • Instruct apprentices and supervise other workers
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in woodworking or a related field
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in woodworking or a related field
  • Excellent craftsmanship and attention to detail
  • Able to work independently or as part of a team
  • Ability to lift heavy objects and work at heights
Compensation and Benefits:

The salary for this position is estimated to be between $50,000 and $70,000 per year, depending on experience. Additionally, we offer a comprehensive benefits package, including health insurance, paid time off, and opportunities for professional development.
