Job Title: Senior Bookkeeper

Camp CJ Miranda Holdings Inc. is seeking a highly skilled Senior Bookkeeper to join our team. As a Senior Bookkeeper, you will be responsible for maintaining accurate and up-to-date financial records, preparing financial statements, and ensuring compliance with accounting standards.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Calculate and prepare cheques for payroll
  • Calculate fixed assets and depreciation
  • Keep financial records and establish, maintain and balance various accounts using manual and computerized bookkeeping systems
  • Maintain general ledgers and financial statements
  • Post journal entries
  • Prepare other statistical, financial and accounting reports
  • Prepare tax returns
  • Prepare trial balance of books
  • Reconcile accounts
  • Verify and balance transactions
  • Prepare budgets and payrolls
  • Prepare T4 statements and other statements
Requirements:
  • College, CEGEP or other non-university certificate or diploma from a program of 1 year to 2 years
  • 2 years to less than 3 years of experience in bookkeeping or accounting
  • Proficiency in accounting software, MS Excel, and MS Windows
