Job Title: Senior Bookkeeper

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Bookkeeper to join our team at Nova Pole International Inc.

Job Summary:

The Senior Bookkeeper will be responsible for maintaining accurate and up-to-date financial records, preparing financial statements, and ensuring compliance with accounting standards.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Maintain general ledgers and financial statements
  • Post journal entries and reconcile accounts
  • Prepare trial balance of books and financial reports
  • Use accounting software and MS Excel to manage financial data
  • Collaborate with the accounting team to ensure accurate and timely financial reporting
Requirements:
  • College diploma or equivalent experience in accounting or bookkeeping
  • 2 years of experience in a similar role
  • Proficiency in accounting software and MS Excel
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
