Job Summary:

  • We offer a competitive salary of $45,000 per year, based on industry standards and the cost of living in the area.
  • This permanent position involves overseeing the day-to-day operations of the housekeeping department, ensuring that high standards of cleanliness and organization are maintained throughout the hotel.
  • You will be responsible for supervising and training housekeeping staff, as well as coordinating their activities to ensure seamless service delivery.
  • A key aspect of this role is maintaining open communication with other departments to ensure that all guests' needs are met efficiently.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate and 1-2 years of experience in a related field, such as hospitality or management.
  • Strong leadership skills and the ability to motivate and train staff members.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with colleagues and provide excellent customer service.

Physical Demands:
