Cleaning and Maintenance Supervisor

Stefab Inc. is seeking a highly skilled Cleaning and Maintenance Supervisor to join our team. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for overseeing the cleaning and maintenance of our facilities, ensuring a safe and healthy environment for our employees and customers.

Responsibilities:
  • Hire and train cleaning staff to ensure high-quality service
  • Supervise and coordinate activities of cleaning staff to meet deadlines and standards
  • Inspect facilities to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions
  • Recommend additional services such as painting, repair work, or replacement of furnishings and equipment
  • Maintain accurate financial records and receive payment for specialized cleaning jobs
  • Assist cleaning staff in performing duties and coordinate work activities with other departments
  • Establish work schedules and ensure compliance with company policies
Requirements:
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
  • Experience in cleaning and maintenance, preferably in a hotel, motel, or resort setting
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, under pressure, and meet tight deadlines
  • Physical stamina to perform tasks that require standing for extended periods and lifting
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills
