Sales Team Lead

Responsibilities:
* Assign sales workers to duties and ensure they have the necessary tools and resources to succeed
* Hire and train or arrange for training of staff to ensure they have the skills and knowledge required to excel in their roles
* Authorize payments by cheque and manage the company's financial transactions
* Order merchandise and manage inventory levels to meet customer demand
* Establish work schedules and ensure that sales staff are working efficiently and effectively
* Sell merchandise and meet or exceed sales targets
* Prepare reports on sales volumes, merchandising, and personnel matters to inform business decisions
* Resolve issues that may arise, including customer requests, complaints, and supply shortages
* Organize and maintain inventory to ensure that products are available to meet customer demand
Requirements:
* Accurate and efficient in all aspects of the job
* Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to work effectively with colleagues and customers
* Strong oral communication skills and ability to communicate effectively with customers and staff
* Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing circumstances
* Permanent position with 35 hours per week
* Work Language: English
