Job Summary
We are seeking an energetic, organized, and passionate Assistant Director to join our leadership team. As the Assistant Director, you will support the Executive Director in overseeing the day-to-day operations of the child care centers within Mccahouse.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist in managing daily operations of the center, ensuring all policies and regulations are followed.
- Support and lead a team of early childhood educators and staff, ensuring high standards of care and education.
- Work closely with the Executive Director and Lead ECEs to implement and maintain curriculum standards and programming.
- Build positive relationships with children, families, and staff, fostering a collaborative and supportive community.
- Monitor and ensure compliance with licensing and safety regulations.
- Assist with staff scheduling, training, and professional development.
- Handle administrative duties including enrollment, billing, budget tracking, and maintaining accurate records.
- Step in to lead the center in the Executive Director's absence, ensuring smooth and effective operations.
