Bartender/beverage Cart

Duties:

- Prepare alcohol and non-alcohol beverages for restaurant, bar and banquet patrons
- Check identification for customers to verify age requirements
- Process customer bills and collect payments
- Stock bar with essential items, ie. Beer, liquor, wine and related supplies, ice, napkins, straws, glassware
- Interact with customers by taking orders and ensuring they are satisfied - assess needs of customers and make beverage suggestions
- Clean bar area, work area, bar top, glassware, bar equipment and utensils
- Take inventory of the beer, liquor & wine
- Enforce MLCC rules and regulations

Other duties as required:

- Assist servers with beverage service
- Take food orders
- Suggest new drink recipes and day drink specials
- Deal with customers that may become loud and belligerent
- Other duties as assigned by the Special Events Director/Supervisor

**Requirements**:

- Minimum 2 years’ experience
- Computer literacy
- Excellent customer service skills
- Exceptional knowledge of mixing, garnishing and serving beverages to guests
- Smart Choices (Serving it Safe)
- Frequent lift/carry up to 25lbs
- Occasionally lift/carry up to 50lbs
- Standing majority of shift

**Salary**: $15.30-$24.21 per hour
