Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Director of Ecommerce to lead our direct-to-consumer business. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for developing and implementing a comprehensive strategy to drive business growth, improve customer experience, and increase revenue. Your expertise will be crucial in ensuring our digital products align with business objectives and meet the needs of pet parents.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute a comprehensive ecommerce strategy to drive business growth and improve customer experience
  • Lead a team of product managers, website admins, and retention and CRM specialists to deliver a product roadmap for our Shopify platform
  • Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including creative, innovation, marketing, and customer experience, to ensure successful product development and go-to-market execution
  • Manage team budgets, allocate resources effectively, and track expenditures to ensure projects are delivered within budget constraints
  • Utilize data analysis to drive key decisions and inform business strategy
Requirements:
  • 6+ years of experience in senior leadership or managing ecommerce P&L, with a proven track record of leading a successful ecommerce team
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with experience using data and metrics to drive decision-making and product improvements
  • Ability to develop and execute strategic product plans and make data-driven decisions to achieve business objectives
