We are seeking an ERP Implementation Specialist to lead the implementation of our ERP system, Epicor.

This role offers a competitive salary range of $90,000 - $110,000 per year, depending on experience.

Job Description

The ERP Implementation Specialist will be responsible for:

  • Leading the implementation of Epicor across all sites
  • Defining and prioritizing enhancements to be implemented in Epicor
  • Reviewing and implementing Internal (Maintenance and Purchasing Software) across all sites
  • Implementing one invoice approval software and EFT across all sites
  • Reviewing current 3rd party bolt-ons to Epicor vs. using Epicor modules
  • Reviewing and recommending Epicor modules or other software tools that can improve business performance and deliver cost savings

The ideal candidate will have:

  • Experience using Epicor
  • A minimum of 5 years in an IT/Accounting role, with a proven ability to lead change, develop people, and manage projects
  • Prior work experience in areas such as process improvement, project management, and technical expertise
  • Strong presentation and communication skills
  • Ability to manage projects remotely
  • High level of technology competency in Epicor, Power BI, Excel, and other relevant tools
  • Minimum undergraduate degree in Business or IT, ideally CPA certification
  • Ability to travel within North America as required
  • Bilingual with high French and English competencies
