Key Responsibilities
  • Provide exceptional customer service to patients, ensuring a positive and personalized experience
  • Assist patients in selecting the best eyewear options for their lifestyle and needs
  • Interpret optical prescriptions and perform frame and facial measurements to ensure correct fit and positioning of new eyewear
  • Communicate effectively with patients, colleagues, and other stakeholders to ensure seamless service delivery
  • Manage appointment bookings, prescription printouts, and billing and payments
