Job Title: Retail Sales Associate

BC LTD. is seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Retail Sales Associate to join our team. As a Retail Sales Associate, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, maintaining a high level of product knowledge, and achieving sales targets.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Operate cash register and process sales transactions accurately and efficiently
  • Assist customers with product inquiries and provide recommendations
  • Maintain a clean and organized store environment
  • Participate in visual merchandising and display of merchandise
  • Meet or exceed sales targets and contribute to team sales goals
Requirements:
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
  • 7 months to less than 1 year of retail sales experience
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines
  • Physical stamina to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 pounds
