Job Title: Construction Labourer

We are seeking a skilled Construction Labourer to join our team at Avjot Construction Co. Ltd. As a Construction Labourer, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth execution of construction projects.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Load, Unload, and Transport Materials: Safely load, unload, and transport construction materials to and from construction sites.
  • Assist in Drilling and Blasting: Assist in drilling and blasting rock on construction sites, ensuring compliance with safety protocols.
  • Assist in Framing and Erection: Assist in framing houses, erecting walls, and building roofs, adhering to construction plans and specifications.
  • Remove Debris: Remove rubble and other debris at construction sites, maintaining a clean and safe working environment.
  • Direct Traffic: Direct traffic at or near construction sites, ensuring the safety of workers and the general public.
Requirements:
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Experience: 1 to less than 7 months of experience in a related field.
  • Physical Capabilities: Ability to lift and move heavy materials, work at heights, and withstand varying weather conditions.
  • Personal Suitability: Flexibility, teamwork, and a willingness to learn and adapt to new situations.
