Job Title: General Construction Labourer

We are seeking a reliable and hardworking General Construction Labourer to join our team at Ignite Construction.

Job Summary:

The successful candidate will assist skilled tradespersons in various construction tasks, including loading and unloading materials, assisting in framing houses, and removing rubble and debris.

Responsibilities:
  • Load, unload, and transport construction materials
  • Assist in framing houses, erecting walls, and building roofs
  • Remove rubble and other debris at construction sites
  • Tend or feed machines or equipment used in construction
  • Operate various vehicles and equipment
  • Assist skilled tradespersons
  • Assist in routine maintenance and repair of equipment
  • Assist equipment operators to secure attachments to equipment or truck
  • Load and unload trucks with supplies and equipment
Requirements:
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
  • Will train or equivalent experience
  • Dependability
  • Reliability
  • Team player
  • Hardworking
  • Quick learner
Work Environment:

The work site environment is outdoors, and the work is physically demanding, requiring handling of heavy loads.
