About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Diesel Truck Technician/Mechanic II to join our team at Penske Truck Leasing Canada Inc. in Mississauga, ON.

Key Responsibilities
  • Diagnose and repair complex issues with diesel engines, transmissions, and differentials
  • Perform routine maintenance tasks, including oil changes, brake adjustments, and tire rotations
  • Use specialized tools and equipment to repair and replace vehicle components
  • Work independently and as part of a team to achieve maintenance goals
  • Stay up-to-date with industry developments and best practices through ongoing training and education
Requirements
  • 2+ years of experience in tractor trailer maintenance
  • Current driver's license class G or class 5 and ability to obtain class DZ within 6 months
  • Basic computer skills for data entry into maintenance systems
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines
  • Regular, predictable attendance is essential
