Retail Store Manager

We are seeking a highly organized and motivated Retail Store Supervisor to join our team at THE 6IX CANNABIS. As a key member of our retail team, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our store, ensuring a positive customer experience, and driving sales growth.
Key Responsibilities:- Manage and supervise a team of sales associates to ensure excellent customer service and sales performance.
- Develop and implement sales strategies to drive revenue growth and achieve sales targets.
- Monitor and control store inventory, including ordering and receiving merchandise.
- Ensure a clean and organized store environment, maintaining high standards of visual merchandising and store appearance.
- Handle customer complaints and resolve issues in a professional and courteous manner.
- Collaborate with the store management team to achieve business objectives and implement company initiatives.
- Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
- 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a retail or supervisory role.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
- Reliable and organized with a strong attention to detail.
Our store is a fast-paced and dynamic environment where you will be working in a team to achieve sales targets and provide excellent customer service. You will be required to stand for extended periods, move around the store, and lift up to 25 pounds.
