We are seeking a highly motivated and organized Retail Store Supervisor to join our team at 950347 ONTARIO LIMITED. As a key member of our retail team, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our retail store, ensuring excellent customer service, and driving sales growth.
Key Responsibilities:- Leadership and Management: Supervise and coordinate the activities of sales staff, ensuring they meet sales targets and provide exceptional customer service.
- Inventory Management: Organize and maintain inventory levels, ensuring accurate stock counts and efficient stockroom operations.
- Customer Service: Foster a positive customer experience, responding to customer inquiries, and resolving any issues in a timely and professional manner.
- Store Operations: Establish work schedules, manage cash handling, and maintain a clean and organized store environment.
- Training and Development: Provide guidance and training to sales staff, ensuring they have the necessary skills to excel in their roles.
- Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
- Experience: 7 months to less than 1 year of retail experience.
- Work Setting: Retail service establishment, retail business, or gas bar.
- Parking: Parking available on site.
- Work Term: Permanent position.
- Work Language: English.
- Hours: 30 hours per week.
