Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Sales Supervisor to join our team at 1219115 BC LTD INSTANT IMPRINTS. As a Sales Supervisor, you will be responsible for leading our sales team and ensuring the successful execution of sales strategies.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assign sales workers to duties and oversee their performance
  • Authorize payments by cheque and manage cash handling procedures
  • Order merchandise and maintain inventory levels
  • Authorize return of merchandise and resolve customer complaints
  • Establish work schedules and ensure adequate staffing
  • Sell merchandise and meet sales targets
  • Supervise and co-ordinate activities of workers to achieve sales goals
Work Environment

As a Sales Supervisor, you will work in a fast-paced retail environment with a combination of sitting, standing, and walking. You will be required to work 35 hours per week and may be required to work flexible hours to meet business needs.

Requirements
  • 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in sales or retail management
  • Permanent employment with a competitive salary and benefits package
