Restaurant Operations Manager

Sutton Park Inn is seeking a highly skilled Restaurant Manager to oversee the daily operations of our restaurant. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for ensuring exceptional customer service, managing staff performance, and maintaining a clean and safe environment.
Key Responsibilities:- Evaluate Daily Operations: Monitor and assess the efficiency of our restaurant's daily operations, identifying areas for improvement and implementing changes as needed.
- Staff Management: Supervise and train staff to ensure they are meeting our high standards of customer service and food quality.
- Customer Service: Provide exceptional customer service, addressing complaints and concerns in a professional and timely manner.
- Inventory Management: Organize and maintain inventory, ensuring that we have the necessary supplies to meet customer demand.
- Marketing and Promotion: Participate in marketing plans and implementation, helping to promote our restaurant and attract new customers.
- Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
- Experience: 3 years to less than 5 years of experience in a restaurant management role
- Work Setting: Remote location with public transportation available
- Work Conditions: Fast-paced environment with repetitive tasks and standing for extended periods
