Key Responsibilities:- Leadership and Management: Direct and control daily store operations, evaluate performance, and plan and organize daily activities to achieve sales and customer service goals.
- Staff Management: Manage and supervise store staff, assign duties, and conduct performance reviews to ensure a high-performing team.
- Market Research and Planning: Study market research and trends to determine consumer demand, potential sales volumes, and competitor impact on sales, and plan budgets and monitor revenues and expenses.
- Customer Service: Resolve customer requests, complaints, and supply shortages in a timely and professional manner.
- Education: College, CEGEP, or other non-university certificate or diploma from a program of 1 year to 2 years.
- Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of retail management experience.
- Skills: Excellent leadership and communication skills, ability to work in a fast-paced environment, and strong attention to detail.
Our store operates in a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines, requiring strong time management and organizational skills.
