Store Manager

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Store Manager to join our team at Neepawa Freshmart. As a Store Manager, you will be responsible for leading our retail store team to achieve sales growth, customer satisfaction, and operational excellence.
Key Responsibilities:- Leadership and Management: Direct and control daily store operations, evaluate performance, and plan and organize tasks to achieve business objectives.
- Staff Management: Manage staff, assign duties, and conduct performance reviews to ensure a high-performing team.
- Customer Service: Study market research and trends to determine consumer demand and develop strategies to meet customer needs.
- Financial Management: Plan budgets, monitor revenues and expenses, and determine staffing requirements to ensure efficient operations.
- Problem-Solving: Resolve issues that may arise, including customer complaints and supply shortages, and conduct root cause analysis to prevent future occurrences.
- Education: College, CEGEP, or other non-university certificate or diploma from a program of 1 year to 2 years.
- Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of retail management experience.
- Skills: Strong leadership and communication skills, ability to work in a fast-paced environment, and attention to detail.
Our store operates in a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines, requiring strong time management and organizational skills. The ideal candidate will be able to work independently and as part of a team to achieve business objectives.

Language and Work Schedule:The primary language of work is English, and the work schedule is 35 hours per week.
