About the Role: We are seeking a Senior Water Resources Engineer to join our Water Resources and Infrastructure team based in Winnipeg, MB. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for managing and delivering water resources and municipal engineering projects.

This role involves conducting engineering calculations, supporting the development of design plans, and performing hydraulic and hydrologic analyses for stormwater management, flood control, wastewater treatment, and water supply projects. You will also collect and analyze relevant data, such as rainfall patterns, flow rates, and water quality data, to support engineering designs and evaluations.

A key aspect of this role is working collaboratively with multidisciplinary teams, including engineers, environmental scientists, geotechnical engineers, and clients, to ensure project objectives are met. You will also stay updated with the latest industry standards, regulations, and advancements in water resources and municipal engineering through continuous learning and professional development opportunities.

We are looking for a highly motivated individual with a Bachelor's degree in civil engineering and over 2 years of progressive relevant engineering experience. Experience or aptitude for proposal writing, client development, and working in a team setting is essential. Registered P.Eng. (Professional Engineer) is a plus, as well as proficiency in engineering software such as AutoCAD.
