- General Office Duties: Perform general office duties, including answering phones and responding to inquiries.
- Classification and Storage: Classify, label, and store diskettes, disks, and tapes of data, ensuring they are properly organized and secured.
- Digital Record Creation: Create digital records using a scanner, ensuring they are accurate and easily accessible.
- Operational Management: Plan, organize, direct, control, and evaluate daily operations, ensuring they are running smoothly and efficiently.
- Data Transfer: Transfer handwritten data to Excel or Word documents, ensuring it is accurately recorded and easily accessible.
- Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
- Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a data entry role.
- Language: Fluency in English.
- Work Hours: 32 to 40 hours per week.
